Clare Kennedy first looked at holistic therapy when her son became intolerant to a variety of foods. After trying a wide range of medication without success, Clare discovered natural nutrition as a treatment to aid better health.

Clare then went on to qualify as a Naturopathic Nutritionist discovering a natural flair for helping others which led to the beginnings of CK Nutrition.
